Training Mechanism

Yizumi pays great attention to the development of the staff. We have set up a systematic training mechanism combining internal and external training and emphasizing training of skill and management. To motivate staff members to attend the lectures, we implement the credit system for training. Employees have to earn credits to fulfill their training plans which differ because of different posts. The credits are tied to the annual bonus.

Training for New Employees

After new staff members report for work, they have to receive 12 to 16 periods of pre-job training before taking up their posts so as to know the rules, regulations, background, culture and other conditions of the company.

 Job Training

New staff members receive job instruction from and professional training hold by their immediate supervisors so that the new employees become acquainted with the work procedures and skills.

 On-the-job Training

According to the training plan, the departments organize daily training for regular employees. Training falls into two categories: compulsory lectures and optional lectures.

Upgrade Training

Employee can apply for further study using their vocation time to enhance personal growth and development.

Training is divided into two kinds

Internal Training: Company internal lecturers hold the training for employees.
External Training: The Company sends the employees to receive training outside or hired trainers to hold lectures in the company.

System of Internal Lecturer

To perfect the training mechanism and meet the demands for talents, Yizumi set up a system of internal lecturer in 2011 and cultivate the company's own teachers. So far, we have 75 internal lecturers and have started over 40 lessons.

Qualification of Internal Lecturer

Applicants and candidates recommended by the department heads will become internal lecturers if they pass the company's assessment.

Management of the Internal Lecturer Team

All qualified internal lecturers will receive a letter of appointment and the lecturer team is managed by certain department.
We will arrange our internal lecturers to receive certain professional training in or outside the company to improve themselves.
Internal lecturers will get subsidies when they hold lectures.
We will select excellent internal lecturers every year and award them prizes. Under the same conditions, the internal lecturer will be given priority to get promoted and a pay rise.
